Vance Hinds lost 198 lbs in one year with a strong mind and determination

Vance Hinds learnt of comedian Bert Kreischer’s sober October challenge around this time last year and was impressed by his message.

Hinds resolved to show himself that if he worked hard enough, he could do anything. He accomplished his objective in early 2019.

At the start of his weight loss struggle, the Georgia native weighed 475 pounds. He kept track of his progress and weekly weigh-ins on YouTube to ensure he stayed on track.

While his rehabilitation is admirable, one of the most remarkable things was his friends’ unwavering support.

Hinds’ buddies would join him for a walk around the park from the outset of his decision to alter his life.

Not only did he acquire strength over time, but his walking group grew as well.

The Weight Loss Journey

He was able to walk around the park once without stopping after a while, which he proudly recorded on film with his supporters shouting behind him.

Hinds prioritized his health on a daily basis, exercising at least six times per week.

Soon after he started losing weight, he received a tweet from Diamond Dallas Page, a former professional wrestler, fitness coach, and motivational speaker, who promised to assist him in taking his efforts to the next level.

Vance continued to drop weight week after week with the support of Page’s workouts. As the year progressed, the pounds began to slip away, and he got closer and closer to his target.

He was overjoyed when he weighed himself one year after starting his challenge.

The scale read 277 pounds; he’d shed 200 pounds in a year, gained much more energy, and maintained a positive attitude throughout.

Hinds’ enthusiasm and genuine, upbeat attitude are contagious, and they serve as a wonderful reminder that all it takes to attain a goal is a good mindset and dedication.
